CANCEL/RETURN/EXCHANGE ORDER
CAN I CHANGE OR CANCEL MY ORDER?
We are unable to make changes to an order once they have been placed in our system. This includes address changes. However, in some cases, there may be a window of opportunity that would allow us to complete an address change request dependent on when we are notified of the request.
All products go through extensive quality assurance inspection prior to shipping. We guarantee our products are up to code before they reach our customers’ hands.
RETURN POLICY
All units are final sale, exchange only on unworn and lace still attached on unit. Altered products will not be accepted (unraveled, washed, brushed, combed, colored, or cut) in any manner.
Federal regulations indicate that human hair products that have been worn may not be returned due to hygienic reasons.
In order to process an exchange, the product must be returned at the customer’s expense.
Exchange request must be made after 3 days of receiving the wig, otherwise it will not be honored.
SHIPPING AND DELIVERY
If there are any discrepancies in billing addresses and shipping addresses, please note this may extend shipping and/or processing times.
ORDER PROCESSING TIMES
Doses of Beaute Ready-to-Wear Units have a processing time of 8-14 business days, dependent on the style, custom color, etc. All units are made from scratch with top quality virgin hair. Once the unit is complete it is then shipped immediately.
HOW LONG DOES SHIPPING TAKE?
Shipping is completed through USPS and requires 1 to 5 business days and will require signature clearance.
All tracking will be sent through email prior to shipping.
